Fatigue


Energy is what the Chinese refer to as Qi and can be thought of in terms of an equation. Energy out versus energy in. The energy we expend needs to be balanced by the energy we gain through rest or from food. Fatigue results when the equation is out of balance, either because too much energy is being spent or it is not being balanced by enough rest or adequate nutrition. However much we try to keep things in balance though there will always be those times when life demands that little bit extra and it is at these times that herbal supplements can be useful.

Ginseng +2 - Boosts Qi.
Ginseng & Astragalus +8 - Strengthens and raises Qi.
Ginseng & Amomum +8 - With poor digestion.
Cornus +5 - With lower back pain.
Lycium +7 - With tired eyes.
