Headache
The occasional headache is not usually something to worry about and if they become regular it is first appropriate to ensure that simple causes such as eye strain or insufficient fluid intake are ruled out. In the absence of an obvious causative factor in most cases Chinese medicine will diagnose a liver imbalance. Either stagnation of liver energy (usually worse with stress) or deficiency of liver blood (usually worse with exertion) or liver energy rising (usually associated with more severe headaches / migraines)
