Poor Digestion


Poor digestion can result from either weak digestive energy or irregular eating habits. If digestive energy is weak then there is often fatigue with bloating and a tendency to loose stools. Irregular eating habits on the other hand give rise to stagnation of food with discomfort, nausea and a tendency to constipation.
