Sinusitis
Chronic inflammation of the sinuses is usually a sign of weakened immune function and is often associated with recurrent antibiotic use. There may also be food sensitivities involved, particularly sensitivity to dairy products and dietary adjustments are often helpful, as are probiotics to help restore normal intestinal flora. Inflammation in Chinese medicine is described as a combination of heat and damp and treatment focuses on these factors.
